Your diet needs to include a big breakfast packed with most of your carbohydrates for the day, a medium sized lunch with nothing heavy that is going to make you feel like a nap, and a small dinner with a protein portion and a serving of vegetables. You should also have 3-5 snacks a day of fruit, vegetables, nuts, or natural yogurt. This type of diet will speed up your metabolism, burn fat, and give you extra energy. It will take 3-4 weeks for you to start noticing a difference and the first week or so you might feel hungry, but it will pass.

Last, you need to be exercising. You should do 3 hours of aerobic exercise a week minimum and at least one weight lifting session of 30 minutes a week as well. Stick to low weight and high repetition to build strength. The stronger your muscles are the more fat the will burn and the better you will feel.
