When you feel better about yourself you are less likely to have a panic attack.
Becoming more social can be hard, but it can also relieve stress and anxiety. Part of panic attacks is the feeling of wanting to be alone. This is not good and you can combat it by joining a group of some sort that will force you to be social. This can be a sports clubs, sports league, church, a class, or anything else social. You should also talk to your family and friends about what is bothering you. Sometimes just talking about it can prevent a panic attack. Plus it is always nice to get it all out in the open and stop having to stress about it.
