chemical imbalances, thyroid, and heredity are just a few of the common factors that can cause someone to have an anxiety
attack. The most common of these factors are stress, addiction, and withdrawal. There is hope, though, because anxiety is
very treatable.
Stress is probably the most common cause of anxiety. Everybody experiences stress and it is a normal thing, but if you are
experiencing excessive stress on a regular basis, then it is probably anxiety. Also, if you are not handling the stress in a
very positive manner, then you probably have anxiety. This stress can cause depression and that is the last thing that you

work home with you and playing while you are at work you will be able to avoid some of the work related stress. Breaks are
also necessary because they give you time to refresh and recharge. If you are always feeling like the stress just never goes
away, then you should be tested for anxiety disorder.
Anxiety can also be caused by a dependence on alcohol or another drug. If you find that you are drinking more than normal,
then you probably have an anxiety disorder. You should quit drinking all together until you can work out your anxiety and
become healthier.
